Description:
Harela celebration was organised in school premises on July 15, 2024 with a great zeal of the festive fiesta.
Anushka Pandey of class 12 D anchored the program with a blend of Hindi, English and kumauni languages. To create awareness about the Harela festival, Pratiti Sah of class 11 D presented a detailed speech explaining the relevance, methodology and way to celebrate the festival.
Disha Kabdola of class 12 D presented a wonderful poem in kumauni language on Harela.
A small presentation was displayed depicting the cutting of harela and putting it on the forehead of kids as blessings. The choir group presented songs on harela followed by a dance presentation by juniors girls group.
All the participants were decked up in traditional kumauni attire and looked beautiful.
The programme got over with blessings of the Principal Mr Anurag Mathur.
