The 10th International Yoga Day was observed at Inspiration Public School, Kathgodam with the Management, teachers and staff doing Yoga aasanaas.
They joined millions of people across the World who observed International Yoga Day which was adopted by the UN in 2014.
Led by our Director Dr Deepak Balutia, Chairperson Dr Geetika Balutia, Principal Mr Anurag Mathur & various members of NGOs & self help groups did the aasanaas and pledged to make Yoga an integral part of their lifestyle.
Yoga is known to significantly improve health and wellbeing thus enhancing productivity.
Our Director Dr Deepak Balutia concluded the session by thanking Times of India, electronic media & felicitating the Yoga Instructors, organisers & highlighted the importance of Yoga in our day today lives.
