Inspiration Public School,Kathgodam took immense pride in celebrating  the 79th Independence Day of the nation & bowed down in gratitude to salute the countless brave souls who fought relentlessly, shed their blood to liberate the motherland from the cruel clutches of British colonial rule.

The celebration commenced with the hoisting of the Tricolour by the Chairperson Dr. Geetika Balutia, the  Principal Mr. Anurag Mathur & the Vice Principal Ms. Mamta Taneja accompanied by the National Anthem. The celebration fostered a strong sense of patriotism & unity when the school choir presented a heartwarming song that filled the air with patriotic fervour. The students also recited poems and delivered speeches that reminded all that we must feel proud of our land and that we are obliged to protect it at any cost.

The Principal Mr. Anurag Mathur ,in his speech reminded that today we stand on the shoulders of brave souls who sacrificed their lives to dream a sovereign India and  gifted us the privilege to breathe the air of liberty and shape our own destiny. Now it is our duty to ensure that the dreams of our forefathers are realized in a way that benefit every citizen. 

The Chairperson Dr. Geetika Balutia in her speech stressed that it is a reminder that our nation’s journey is ongoing and motivated to play a crucial role in shaping its future. Our Chairperson also urged the students to contribute positively to the society, to be morally responsible citizens and to work for the nation that benefit humanity.

The momentous event concluded with the distribution of sweets , symbolising joy & celebration.
