On the occasion of World Health Day (7 April 2025), Inspiration Public School organized a series of vibrant and meaningful activities to raise awareness about the importance of good health and well-being among students.
The day commenced with a special morning assembly for the entire school on the theme “Healthy beginnings , Hopeful futures." The assembly was hosted by Harshit Gautam , Pragati Goel presented the thought, Vihaan Singh Bisht administered the health pledge, Ekansh Sah listed the rules for a healthy life and Janvi Rana shared her thoughts on healthy living. Finally, Principal sir, Mr Anurag Mathur addressed the gathering, highlighting the significance of adopting a balanced lifestyle from an early age.
To further enhance the learning, the school invited renowned doctors of the city for an awareness session in school —Dr. Pramod Joshi cardiologist, Dr. Chharvi Kumari Gynaecologist, Dr. Manish Maurya, who interacted with students and staff. They emphasized the importance of regular check-ups, healthy eating, hygiene, and mental well-being. Their valuable insights made the day even more enriching and informative. The programme was conducted in association with the Times of India.
Various activities were conducted for all students from Classes 1 to 8 which included recreational games, Yoga and Zumba sessions to promote physical and mental wellness.
Our tiny tots from Nursery to Class 2 had a fun and engaging celebration. Teachers presented a lively skit showcasing the difference between healthy and junk food. The little ones also participated in a joyful Zumba session and a Hand Wash Activity, learning the importance of cleanliness and self-care.
To reinforce the message, interactive games and activities were organized for Classes 1 and 2, helping students understand the role of food and exercise in staying healthy. Some children also came dressed as food items—making the celebration both educational and delightful.
The entire day was a beautiful blend of learning, awareness, and fun, inspiring our students to lead healthier lives and make mindful choices.
