Inspiration Public School tries hard to develop the overall personality of the students. To inculcate the art of literary world school organised Hindi Kavi Sammelan Competition today which left a long lasting impression on all the people who were present. It had a very traditional yet sophisticated feel. The stage had been set and the students sat with baited breath for the competition to start. The competition was judged by PGT Hindi Ms Nisha Kandpal and TGT Hindi Mr Robin Kumar Arya. The poems were soothing, humorous, some, full of satire while others touched our hearts and unfurled our emotions. Each poem held something unique and students could relate to them. They showed us the true meaning of poetry. There were poems that ranged from laughter to admiration, sorrow to happiness various social issues to a brilliant composition on ‘Maa’ and many more. While some had great imagery some had great rhyme scheme and some had beautiful tender thoughts. The competition was divided in two categories Juniors (6th-8th) and Seniors (9th-12th).The winners from junior catagory were Riddhima Agarwal (1st),Jayaditya Joshi (2nd) and Aadi shree Chandel (3rd) of class 6th. Krishav (1st), Shubhra Pandey, Idhant Maheshwari (2nd) and Kasvi Tiwari (3rd) of class 7th. Khushi Joshi (1st), shantanu Srivastava, Vaishnavi Joshi (2nd) and Kartavya Joshi (3rd) of class 8th. The winners from seniors were Tejaswini Bhatt (1st), Siddhi Bora (2nd) and Prateek Negi (3rd) of class 9. Tejal Fuloria, Himanshu Kafaltiya and Juhi Raj occupying 1st, 2nd and 3rd positions respectively from class 10th. Tanupriya Pandey of class 10 got a consolation prize. From class 11th Sarvagya Srivastav, Prateeti Sah bagged 1st and 2nd position respectively and Riya Saini and Aditya Nainwal had shared the 3rd position. Kavita Lohni and Sankalp Agnihotri occupied the 1st position together, 2nd position holder was Diya Heria and 3rd position holder was Mayank Upreti from class 12th. The conduction was beautifully done by Pooja Koranga of class 11th and Mayuresh Taragi of class 9th. When the competition finished, the Principal Mr Anurag Mathur delivered a short but brilliant speech filled with valuable tips for reciting poems and suggested the students to think over various subjects and meet their own ideas and thoughts and to record it. He also spoke about the importance of planning and preparation and the desire to excel in terms of small details. He expressed his appreciation to the incharges Ms Rita Rathore , Ms Shikha Solomon, Ms Rashmi Bhatt and all Hindi teachers for their efforts and their meticulous arrangements.
