The academic year is divided into terms which run from April to September and from October to March.
Five minutes before the first session, the first bell is rang. At the second bell, all should maintain silence for the assembly.
School hours on all working days are from 8:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. Office hours on all working days are from 9:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. The Principal can be met on all working days with prior appointment. No school business will be transacted on holidays.
Leave of absence will be granted for sufficient reason by only on application from parents or guardians. Students who absent themselves without sanctioned leave must bring from their parents or guardians a note of satisfactory explanation. Entries should be made in the school diary.
If a student suffers from an infectious disease, parents should keep the child at home till the danger of infection has passed.
After holidays, (summer, Dussehra, Diwali, Winter) students should be present on the day appointed for the re-opening of the school. Late comers are liable to be fined Rs. 50 or struck off the rolls. Re-admission may be considered on repayment of admission fee as per Rs.500.00 fee schedule on both the opening and closing days. In case of absence due to illness, the Principal must be informed in writing on the closing or opening day whichever is applicable.
Absenting oneself before examination will mean a deduction of two marks in every subject.
Irregular attendance or repeated absence renders a student liable to dismissal.
